SSM24 新一代彈性防水涂層是德國(guó)Drache Handels UG 公司于二十一世紀(jì)研發(fā)的一種以單組份環(huán)保型水性高分子聚合物樹脂為主要原料，通過科學(xué)工藝生產(chǎn)精制而成，涂料涂層致密、與各類基材附著力強(qiáng)，封閉性能和抗?jié)B性能優(yōu)良，遮蓋力好，具有優(yōu)異的耐老化性能，戶外長(zhǎng)期使用不脫落、不粉化、不變色，對(duì)建筑物表面具有優(yōu)異防水保護(hù)作用，在歐美地區(qū)應(yīng)用廣泛。

三、產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用范圍Product application range
混凝土屋面、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)屋面、廚房衛(wèi)生間地面、浴室、蓄水池、地下室、防水卷材SBS及舊屋面的防水和翻新等工程（如瀝青、PVC、SBS、聚氨酯等各種基面）。

?施工基層處理
金屬表面：建議噴砂除銹，達(dá)到ISO8501-1或GB8923標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的Sa2.5級(jí)。
混凝土表面：達(dá)到堅(jiān)固、密實(shí)、平整、干凈、干燥狀態(tài)。不應(yīng)有起砂、起殼、裂縫、蜂窩麻面等現(xiàn)象。通常需要用膩?zhàn)有扪a(bǔ)。
? Construction base treatment
Metal surface: It is recommended to sand blast to remove rust, to ISO8501-1 or GB8923 standard Sa2.5.
Concrete surface: solid, dense, flat, clean, dry state. There should be no sand, shell, cracks, honeycomb and other phenomena. It usually needs to be repaired with putty.
