研發(fā)的一種雙組分芳香族手涂型聚脲修補材料，用于各種防水修繕，適合于混凝土、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)，彩鋼板等，同時又是針對噴涂聚脲彈性體施工而研發(fā)的配套產(chǎn)品。它能幫助解決噴涂聚脲彈性體涂層施工后因意外損壞部位的修復，以及不易噴涂施工部位的小面積涂裝。

五、施工注意事項Construction precautions

露點：金屬材質(zhì)表面施工時必須大于露點溫度3℃以上。

?施工基層處理
金屬表面：建議噴砂除銹，達到ISO8501-1或GB8923標準的Sa2.5級。
混凝土表面：達到堅固、密實、平整、干凈、干燥狀態(tài)。不應有起砂、起殼、裂縫、蜂窩麻面等現(xiàn)象。通常需要用膩子修補。
木材表面：干凈，干燥，沒有毛刺，碎片和松散的碎片。
其它材質(zhì)基層的應用處理可咨詢圣士曼技術(shù)人員。
? Construction base treatment
Metal surface: It is recommended to sand blast to remove rust, to ISO8501-1 or GB8923 standard Sa2.5.
Concrete surface: solid, dense, flat, clean, dry state. There should be no sand, shell, cracks, honeycomb and other phenomena. It usually needs to be repaired with putty.
Wood surface: clean, dry, free of burrs, chips and loose debris.

?產(chǎn)品使用注意事項
按要求配比調(diào)好，用多少配多少，攪拌均勻后使用。
配漆后，包裝桶內(nèi)的原料必須蓋嚴，防止吸潮。
施工過程中保持干燥清潔，嚴禁與水、醇、酸、堿等接觸。
