SSM04單組份脂肪族防腐防水防護(hù)涂層是德國Drache Handels UG 公司于二十一

世紀(jì)研發(fā)的一種單組份脂肪族聚脲防水防腐防護(hù)涂層材料，本產(chǎn)品與多種基材都具有優(yōu)異的附著力。由于脂肪族預(yù)聚體獨特的化學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)，該產(chǎn)品不但具有卓越的高彈性、高強(qiáng)度、耐磨、抗撞擊性能，而且耐腐蝕、耐候性能優(yōu)異，長期戶外使用不粉化、不變色，裝飾效果好。

SSM04 single component aliphatic anti-corrosion and waterproof protective coating is made by Drache Handels UGfrom Germany in 21 Century research and development of a single component aliphatic polyurea waterproof anticorrosive protective coating material, this product and a variety of substrates have excellent adhesion. Due to the unique chemical structure of aliphatic prepolymer, the product not only has excellent high elasticity, high strength, wear resistance, impact resistance, but also excellent corrosion resistance, weather resistance, long-term outdoor use without powder, no discoloration, good decorative effect.

五、施工注意事項Construction precautions

? 產(chǎn)品使用之前，請認(rèn)真閱讀產(chǎn)品使用說明書；

?施工設(shè)備及應(yīng)用指導(dǎo)

推薦干膜厚度：100-200um（或按設(shè)計要求）

覆涂間隔：6-30h，如覆涂時間超過30小時或表面有積灰，建議用砂紙打磨并清潔后再施工

建議涂裝方法:無氣噴涂，空氣噴涂，刷涂，滾涂

? 施工基層處理

金屬表面：建議噴砂除銹，達(dá)到ISO8501-1或GB8923標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的Sa2.5級。

混凝土表面：達(dá)到堅固、密實、平整、干凈、干燥狀態(tài)。不應(yīng)有起砂、起殼、裂縫、蜂窩麻面等現(xiàn)象。通常需要用膩子修補(bǔ)。

木材表面：干凈，干燥，沒有毛刺，碎片和松散的碎片。

其它材質(zhì)基層的應(yīng)用處理可咨詢圣士曼技術(shù)人員。

? 施工注意事項

本產(chǎn)品可在零下10℃的低溫情況下使用。如在低溫環(huán)境使用時，建議先將涂料桶放置在有空調(diào)的房間中保持24小時以上。

圣士曼建議每次使用前先將涂料上下攪拌均勻，使用多少、倒出多少，并迅速將桶蓋蓋緊。使用后的涂料不得再倒回原桶中。

本產(chǎn)品在出廠時已經(jīng)按需要調(diào)整了涂料粘度，施工人員不能私自繼續(xù)添加稀釋劑，如因環(huán)境、溫度原因粘度發(fā)生變化需要調(diào)整的，因電話詢問供應(yīng)方，在獲得指導(dǎo)認(rèn)可后方可添加專用稀釋劑。

?產(chǎn)品包裝及保質(zhì)期

包裝：10公斤/桶

產(chǎn)品保質(zhì)期：12個月（自生產(chǎn)日起并未開原包裝情況下）

儲存環(huán)境溫度：5℃-32℃

在陰涼、通風(fēng)的環(huán)境下儲存，避免陽光直射，遠(yuǎn)離熱源。

? Construction equipment and application guidance

Recommended dry film thickness: 100-200um (or according to design requirements)

Coating interval: 6-30h, if the coating time exceeds 30 hours or the surface has dust, it is recommended to sand and clean before construction

Recommended coating methods: airless spraying, air spraying, brush coating, roll coating

? Construction base treatment

Metal surface: It is recommended to sand blast to remove rust, to ISO8501-1 or GB8923 standard Sa2.5.

Concrete surface: solid, dense, flat, clean, dry state. There should be no sand, shell, cracks, honeycomb and other phenomena. It usually needs to be repaired with putty.

Wood surface: clean, dry, free of burrs, chips and loose debris.

The application of other material bases can be consulted by the Saint Seaman technicians.

? Construction precautions

This product can be used at a low temperature of minus 10℃. If used in a low temperature environment, it is recommended to place the paint bucket in an air-conditioned room for more than 24 hours.

Mr. Sainthmann recommends mixing the paint up and down before each use, how much to use and how much to pour out, and quickly closing the lid. After use, the paint must not be poured back into the original bucket.

This product has been adjusted according to the needs of the coating viscosity at the factory, the construction personnel can not continue to add diluent without permission, such as due to the environment, temperature changes in viscosity need to be adjusted, because of the phone to ask the supplier, after obtaining guidance approval can add special diluent.

? Product packaging and shelf life

Packing: 10kg/barrel

Product shelf life: 12 months (from the date of production without opening the original packaging)

Storage ambient temperature: 5℃-32℃ 

Store in a cool, ventilated environment away from direct sunlight and away from heat sources.
