一、 產(chǎn)品介紹product introduction

SSM06 脂肪族天冬聚脲防腐防護(hù)涂層是德國(guó)Drache Handels UG 公司于二十一

世紀(jì)研發(fā)的一種選用聚天門冬氨酸酯與多聚異氰酸酯反應(yīng)聚合而成，因聚天門冬氨酸酯是脂肪族位阻型仲胺，而選用的固化成分為脂肪族多聚異氰酸酯，形成的涂膜具有高保光、保色特性，適合在戶外長(zhǎng)期使用。當(dāng)仲胺基團(tuán)與異氰酸酯基團(tuán)發(fā)生反應(yīng)時(shí)，形成了高交聯(lián)密度、交叉互穿的高分子鏈網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu)，也使得本產(chǎn)品具有良好的物理化學(xué)特性。

SSM06 aliphatic asparton anticorrosive protective coating is made by Drache Handels UGfrom Germany in 21 Century research and development of a selection of polyaspartic acid ester and polyisocyanate reaction polymerization, because polyaspartic acid ester is aliphatic steric resistance type secondary amine, and the curing component is aliphatic polyisocyanate, the formed film has high light preservation, color preservation characteristics, suitable for long-term use in the outdoors. When the secondary amine group reacts with the isocyanate group, a high crosslinking density and cross-interpenetrating polymer chain network structure is formed, which also makes the product have good physical and chemical properties.

五、施工注意事項(xiàng)construction precautions

? 產(chǎn)品使用之前，請(qǐng)認(rèn)真閱讀產(chǎn)品使用說(shuō)明書；

? 手工涂刷、滾刷；空氣噴涂，空氣壓力0.3-0.5Mpa；無(wú)氣噴涂，噴涂壓力15-20Mpa

?推薦干膜厚度：150-300μm，覆涂間隔：最小1h  最大24h

? 施工基層處理：

金屬表面：建議噴砂除銹，達(dá)到ISO8501-1或GB8923標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的Sa2.5級(jí)。

混凝土表面：達(dá)到堅(jiān)固、密實(shí)、平整、干凈、干燥狀態(tài)。不應(yīng)有起砂、起殼、裂縫、蜂窩麻面等現(xiàn)象。通常需要用膩?zhàn)有扪a(bǔ)。

木材表面：干凈，干燥，沒(méi)有毛刺，碎片和松散的碎片。

其它材質(zhì)基層的應(yīng)用處理可咨詢圣士曼技術(shù)人員

? 施工注意事項(xiàng)：

使用之前，先將B組份充分?jǐn)嚢杈鶆颉?

按要求配比調(diào)好，用多少配多少，攪拌均勻后使用，調(diào)配好的涂料在1小時(shí)內(nèi)用完。

配漆后，包裝桶內(nèi)的原料必須蓋嚴(yán)，防止吸潮。

施工過(guò)程中保持干燥清潔，嚴(yán)禁與水、醇、酸、堿等接觸。

?產(chǎn)品包裝及保質(zhì)期

包裝：10公斤/桶

儲(chǔ)存環(huán)境溫度：5℃—35℃。產(chǎn)品保質(zhì)期自生產(chǎn)日起并確保未開封的狀態(tài)下

A組分：10個(gè)月      B組分：10個(gè)月

確保產(chǎn)品包裝密封完好，在陰涼，通風(fēng)的環(huán)境下儲(chǔ)存，避免陽(yáng)光的直射。

? Construction base treatment:

Metal surface: It is recommended to sand blast to remove rust, to ISO8501-1 or GB8923 standard Sa2.5.

Concrete surface: solid, dense, flat, clean, dry state. There should be no sand, shell, cracks, honeycomb and other phenomena. It usually needs to be repaired with putty.

Wood surface: clean, dry, free of burrs, chips and loose debris.

The application of other material bases can be consulted by the Saint Seaman technicians

? Construction precautions:

Before using, mix component B thoroughly.

Adjust according to the required ratio, how much to use, stir evenly after use, the prepared paint is used up within 1 hour.

After painting, the raw materials in the packing bucket must be tightly covered to prevent moisture absorption.

Keep it dry and clean during construction, and do not contact with water, alcohol, acid, alkali, etc.

? Product packaging and shelf life

Packing: 10kg/barrel

Storage ambient temperature: 5℃ -35℃. Product shelf life from the date of manufacture and ensure unopened state

Component A: 10 months  Component B: 10 months

Ensure product packaging is sealed and stored in a cool, ventilated environment, away from direct sunlight.
