一、產(chǎn)品介紹Product introduction

SSM09單組份金屬防腐涂層是德國Drache Handels UG 公司于二十一世紀(jì)研發(fā)的一種選用高性能防腐樹脂為成膜基料輔以亮澤型片狀金屬材料而組成，其成膜樹脂中含有大量醚鍵、脲鍵、縮二脲鍵、氨酯鍵和氫鍵，使成膜后涂層致密、堅韌，具有優(yōu)異的機械物理性能和防腐蝕性能；經(jīng)過預(yù)處理后的金屬片狀材料成膜時能均勻、有序的排布，由于其長徑比突出，防腐蝕能力強，應(yīng)用中大大加長了腐蝕介質(zhì)滲透破壞的距離，使得涂層可以在較薄的狀況下起到厚膜涂層才能達(dá)到的作用。選用的金屬材料為亮澤型片狀物，可有效反射掉光與熱輻射，達(dá)到降溫、節(jié)能的效果，可使生產(chǎn)、辦公環(huán)境更舒適，儲存的物料性能更穩(wěn)定。涂層中的金屬片狀物自下而上的搭接，使涂層具有導(dǎo)電作用，可以防止靜電集聚，符合安全生產(chǎn)環(huán)境要求。

SSM09 single-component metal anti-corrosion coating is a kind of high-performance anti-corrosion resin developed by Drache Handels UG companyfrom Germany in the 21st century. It is composed of high performance anti-corrosion resin as film forming base material and bright sheet metal material. The film forming resin contains a large number of ether bonds, urea bonds, biuret bonds, ammonia ester bonds and hydrogen bonds, which makes the film coating dense and tough. Excellent mechanical and physical properties and anti-corrosion properties; After pretreatment, the metal sheet material can be uniformly and orderly arranged when forming a film. Due to its prominent length-diameter ratio and strong anti-corrosion ability, the application greatly lengthens the penetration and damage distance of the corrosive medium, so that the coating can play the role of the thick film coating in the thin condition. The selected metal material is a glossy flake, which can effectively reflect light and heat radiation, achieve cooling and energy saving effects, make the production and office environment more comfortable, and store the material performance more stable. The bottom-up lap of the metal sheet in the coating makes the coating conductive, which can prevent electrostatic accumulation and meet the requirements of safe production environment.

五、施工注意事項Construction precautions

? 產(chǎn)品使用之前，請認(rèn)真閱讀產(chǎn)品使用說明書；

?推薦干膜厚度：120-240um（或按設(shè)計要求），表面處理：建議噴砂除銹，達(dá)到ISO8501-1或GB8923標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的Sa2.5級，覆涂間隔：2-24h，如覆涂時間超過24小時或表面有積灰，建議用砂紙打磨并清潔后再施工建議涂裝方法:無氣噴涂，空氣噴涂，刷涂，滾涂；

?施工環(huán)境溫度-5℃- +35℃，相對空氣濕度 45%-85%，基層露點溫度≥3℃為宜；

?施工基層處理

金屬表面：建議噴砂除銹，達(dá)到ISO8501-1或GB8923標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的Sa2.5級。

混凝土表面：達(dá)到堅固、密實、平整、干凈、干燥狀態(tài)。不應(yīng)有起砂、起殼、裂縫、蜂窩麻面等現(xiàn)象。通常需要用膩子修補。

木材表面：干凈，干燥，沒有毛刺，碎片和松散的碎片。

其它材質(zhì)基層的應(yīng)用處理可咨詢圣士曼技術(shù)人員。

?本產(chǎn)品可在零下10℃的低溫情況下使用。如在低溫環(huán)境使用時，建議先將涂料桶放置在有空調(diào)的房間中保持24小時以上；

?圣士曼建議每次使用前先將涂料上下攪拌均勻，使用多少、倒出多少，并迅速將桶蓋蓋緊。使用后的涂料不得再倒回原桶中。倒出來的涂料須在1小時內(nèi)用完；

?本產(chǎn)品在出廠時已經(jīng)按需要調(diào)整了涂料粘度，施工人員不能私自繼續(xù)添加稀釋劑，如因環(huán)境、溫度原因粘度發(fā)生變化需要調(diào)整的，應(yīng)電話詢問供應(yīng)方，在獲得指導(dǎo)認(rèn)可后方可添加指定專用稀釋劑；

? 施工人員必須佩戴防護口罩、防護鏡等防護工作服；

? 施工過程中，做好通風(fēng)和防火；

包裝：10公斤/桶

儲存環(huán)境溫度：5℃—35℃。產(chǎn)品保質(zhì)期自生產(chǎn)日起并確保未開封的狀態(tài)下

? This product can be used at a low temperature of minus 10℃. If used in a low temperature environment, it is recommended to place the paint bucket in an air-conditioned room for more than 24 hours;

? St. Schmann recommends mixing the paint up and down before each use, how much to use, how much to pour out, and quickly close the lid. After use, the paint must not be poured back into the original bucket. The poured paint must be used up within 1 hour;

? This product at the factory has been adjusted according to the need to adjust the viscosity of the paint, the construction personnel can not continue to add diluent privately, such as due to the environment, temperature changes in viscosity need to be adjusted, should call the supplier, after obtaining guidance approval can add designated special diluent;

? Construction personnel must wear protective work clothes such as protective masks and goggles;

? Ventilation and fire prevention during construction;
