一、產(chǎn)品介紹Product introduction

SSM10高分子改性重防腐涂料是德國Drache Handels UG 公司于二十一世紀研發(fā)的一種以單組份聚氨酯樹脂預聚加工合成，成膜涂層致密柔韌，富有彈性。能適應工業(yè)企業(yè)的各種金屬結構在使用過程中受震動、熱脹冷縮的輕微變形而不產(chǎn)生裂痕，有效阻止空氣、水份、各種腐蝕介質滲入，延緩金屬結構發(fā)生腐蝕。涂層中存在大量脲鍵、縮二脲鍵、氨酯鍵和氫鍵，因此具有優(yōu)異的機械物理性能和防腐蝕性能。

SSM10 polymer modified heavy anticorrosive coating is developed by Drache Handels UG company in the 21st century, which is synthesized by prepolymerization of single-component polyurethane resin. The film coating is dense and flexible. It can adapt to the slight deformation of various metal structures in industrial enterprises during the use of vibration, thermal expansion and cold contraction without cracking, effectively preventing air, water, and various corrosive media from infiltrating, and delaying the corrosion of metal structures. There are a lot of urea bonds, biuret bonds, ammonia ester bonds and hydrogen bonds in the coating, so it has excellent mechanical and physical properties and anti-corrosion properties.

五、施工注意事項Construction precautions

? 推薦干膜厚度：100-200um（或按設計要求）

?表面處理：建議噴砂處理達到Sa2.5級以上，或電動工具打磨達到St3級

?覆涂間隔：2-24h，如覆涂時間超過24小時或表面有積灰，建議用砂紙打磨并清潔后再施工

?建議涂裝方法:無氣噴涂，空氣噴涂，刷涂，滾涂

?環(huán)境溫度:-5 -+35℃，相對濕度：35-85%，露點：金屬材質表面施工時必須大于露點溫度3℃以上。

?金屬表面：建議噴砂除銹，達到ISO8501-1或GB8923標準的Sa2.5級。

?混凝土表面：達到堅固、密實、平整、干凈、干燥狀態(tài)。不應有起砂、起殼、裂縫、蜂窩麻面等現(xiàn)象。通常需要用膩子修補。

?木材表面：干凈，干燥，沒有毛刺，碎片和松散的碎片。

?其它材質基層的應用處理可咨詢圣士曼技術人員。

?本產(chǎn)品可在零下10℃的低溫情況下使用。如在低溫環(huán)境使用時，建議先將涂料桶放置在有空調的房間中保持24小時以上。

? 圣士曼建議每次使用前先將涂料上下攪拌均勻，使用多少、倒出多少，并迅速將桶蓋蓋緊。使用后的涂料不得再倒回原桶中。倒出來的涂料須在1小時內用完。

?本產(chǎn)品在出廠時已經(jīng)按需要調整了涂料粘度，施工人員不能私自繼續(xù)添加稀釋劑，如因環(huán)境、溫度原因粘度發(fā)生變化需要調整的，應電話詢問供應方，在獲得指導認可后方可添加指定專用稀釋劑。

?產(chǎn)品保質期：12個月（未開封），儲存環(huán)境溫度：5℃-35℃，請在陰涼、通風的環(huán)境下儲存，避免陽光直射，遠離熱源。

?產(chǎn)品包裝：10公斤/桶

? This product can be used at a low temperature of minus 10℃. If used in a low temperature environment, it is recommended to place the paint bucket in an air-conditioned room for more than 24 hours.

? St. Schmann recommends mixing the paint up and down before each use, how much to use, how much to pour out, and quickly close the lid. After use, the paint must not be poured back into the original bucket. The poured paint must be used up within one hour.

? This product at the factory has been adjusted according to the need to adjust the viscosity of the paint, the construction personnel can not continue to add diluent privately, such as due to the environment, temperature changes in viscosity need to be adjusted, should call the supplier, after obtaining guidance approval can add the designated special diluent.

? Shelf life: 12 months (unopened), storage environment temperature: 5℃-35℃, please store in a cool and ventilated environment, avoid direct sunlight, away from heat sources.
